Tree Hill will be more than just a new neighborhood. It will be a destination that serves the broader eastern Henrico community by bringing overdue community amenities, new public spaces and more ways to enjoy this unique property.
Tree Hill will be a place where people can live, shop, explore and connect – whether they call Tree Hill home or simply come for a bike ride, a farmers’ market or an afternoon on the river.
From the earliest stages of the project, Tree Hill will open portions of the property for public enjoyment, creating new opportunities for the community to connect with the property, the James River and the outdoors.
A new Park & Ride at the top of the property will serve Capital Trail users with convenient parking and a two-mile loop along the river front will allow users to access the property and enjoy river views.

A lookout experience by the Manor House will offer scenic views of downtown Richmond.
This historic Dairy Barn will be revitalized and turned into an event space ready for farmers' markets, live music, seasonal events and much more.

A new kayak and canoe launch and dedicated parking area will create easy public access to the James River.
Walking trails through the property will invite community members to experience Tree Hill’s vast open spaces and scenic setting.
