At full buildout and occupancy, the development will continue to annually support thousands of jobs from retail, restaurants, professional services and so much more.
With up to 1.1 million square feet of commercial space, Tree Hill will serve as a major employment hub for eastern Henrico and beyond.
Housing
From the young professionals wanting to live a stone’s throw from their job downtown to the senior couple looking to downsize, Tree Hill will have housing options for every type of buyer or renter. Tree Hill will bring a combination of for sale and for lease residences – including townhomes, condos, apartments and detached houses.
Community
Tree Hill will be a vibrant and diverse community that complements the eastern Henrico landscape. Residents can gather at one of the local parks, share a meal at one of its restaurants, or serve together on the PTA at the new local elementary school.
Tree Hill will introduce new and exciting retail, commercial business and public amenities to the community intertwined with parks, green spaces and recreation areas – all with the James River as its backdrop. With pedestrian friendly walkways, the development will foster a neighborhood feel, while also providing convenient access to social and professional spaces.
County Revenue
In addition to creating jobs and attracting businesses, the development will increase property values and generate tens of millions in state and local tax revenue across the ten-year buildout period.
At full buildout and occupancy, the project is expected to have millions in positive net fiscal impacts annually for Henrico County.
Cultural Heritage
As a site believed to have been part of the early years of Chief Powhatan, this area is significant to many of Virginia’s Indian tribes. In collaboration with these tribal groups, we intend to honor the rich historical and cultural contributions made by the Powhatan Chiefdom.
